The Tower City branch provides a variety of services, including traditional retail banking, investment products, mortgage lending, private banking, small business banking and commercial banking.
KeyBank opened a new branch today in Tower City, located at 230 W. Huron Road in downtown Cleveland. This is Key’s 15th new branch in Northeast Ohio in the past four years.
“Key is Northeast Ohio’s biggest hometown bank, and we have a strong presence on Public Square at Key Tower and in the Higbee Building,” said Lisa Oliver, president of KeyBank’s Greater Cleveland District. “We’re pleased to make banking with Key easier for the thousands of people who pass through Tower City every day.
“At a time when many banks are closing branches and cutting back on services, we’re taking a different approach,” said Oliver. “We are expanding our branch network, providing new services and creating jobs in Northeast Ohio and across the country.”
According to branch manager Omar Kalim, clients will benefit from state-of-the-art technology and a design aimed at creating a unique banking experience. “We’ve got a great location in the heart of downtown,” said Kalim. “Our goals are to create a welcoming environment that is a positive addition to Tower City and to provide clients with our award-winning customer service.”
