Lee Fields working in LakewoodLAKEWOOD - First Federal Lakewood ann-ounced the hiring of Lee Fields as Vice President, Community Development Manager. In this position, Fields will work closely with the members of the community, city staff officials, businesses, community leaders and non-profit organizations to identify and assist the needs of Greater Cleveland residents.

As the Vice President, Community Development Manager, Fields will reinforce First Federal Lakewood's commitment to offer quality service and support to individuals and families in Northeast Ohio by providing affordable home ownership opportunities.
Fields brings over twenty years of experience to the position including holding executive positions at Cleveland financial institutions and Community Relations Management roles for both Cleveland Metropolitan School District and most recently, Cleveland Housing Network.

A Cleveland native, Fields is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He has served as a board member of several community development corporations and actively involved in community-based organizations and non-profit organizations. He is also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland.
