CLEVELAND, OH - On Friday June 10, 2011, nationally recognized organizational consultant Josie Bell Lindsay will receive the Business Trailblazer Tribute presented by the Christian Business League at the "Faith and Finance" Breakfast at 7:30a.m. at the Greenmont Party Center.   The Business Trailblazer Tribute recognizes individuals, who are senior in their career, for their outstanding and unique business contributions.
Josie Bell Lindsay opened Bell & Lindsay, Inc. an organizational change and management consulting firm in 1984.  Since that time , her firm has trained and coached executives at Fortune 100 and 500 companies throughout the United States.  Ms. Lindsay received the Ohio Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Governor George Voinovich in 1991.  She was honored by Johnson & Johnson in 2006 as an outstanding vendor, and was asked by PBS to present one of her most popular change workshops to a live, national audience via satellite television.
Ms. Lindsay is active in the greater Cleveland community and is a member of the President's Council, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the Women's Committee of the Cleveland Orchestra's Executive Board.  She has been a member of Mt. Zion Congregational Church for over 50 years, and serves on the board of trustees.
Ms. Lindsay holds a Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland and Leadership America.  She completed post-graduate programs at the Gestalt Institute and at the University of New Mexico.
Randell McShepard, Vice-President of Public Affairs at RPM International, will be the guest speaker at the "Faith and Finance" Breakfast on Friday, June 10th from 7:30-8:59 a.m. at the Greenmont Party Center.  Over 125 business people and entrepreneurs are expected to attend.  
The Christian Business League was formed with the mission, "to serve as a Faith Based organization, using a collaborative approach to community-wide economic development and empowerment."  Tickets are available at Mt. Zion Congregational Church, 216-791-5760.  Rev. Paul Hobson Sadler, Sr. is pastor.  The Greenmont Party Center is located at 800 S. Green Rd at the intersection of Monticello and Green Road.
