CLEVELAND – The Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services needs the community’s help to identify the boy in the attached photo.
The boy told social workers his name is Michel Williams (pronounced “Michael,” but no “a” in Michel), and that his birthday is May 27, 1998.
He is approximately 3½ feet tall, weighs 70 to 80 pounds, has short black hair, medium complexion and has a small birth mark on his right cheek. His build is slight, he has a great smile and he is quiet but polite.
Michel was found by Cleveland police on Friday afternoon wandering the Kinsman area around East 143rd Street. An anonymous caller told Cleveland police Michel was living in an abandoned building in the area. The police brought Michel to the Jane Edna Hunter building where he was interviewed. The Department of Children and Family Services received custody from the Juvenile Court and placed Michel with a foster family.
