RTA said it ran a replacement bus service for customers between Shaker Square and the end of the blue line until further notice.
SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio - An RTA train derailed Tuesday night in Shaker Heights.
According to RTA spokesperson Mary McCahon, the blue line train was heading westbound when it derailed at about 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Farnsleigh Road.
No passengers were aboard and the driver was not injured.
RTA said it ran a replacement bus service for customers between Shaker Square and the end of the blue line until further notice.
At 6:50 a.m. Wednesday, RTA said the blue line has fully reopened following an investigation.
