Mother to be charged in murder of her 3 year old son
Camilia Terry, the 20-year-old mother of Emilliano Terry, is expected to appear before a judge Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m. at Cuyahoga County Justice Center in Cleveland.
Terry has been charged with murdering her toddler. Police said in a news conference Wednesday she has a lawyer and has stopped speaking with them.
Deputy Chief Edward Tomba said Terry did give a statement to the FBI.
Police said more charges could be filed against Terry.
