Don't get high on your own supply

The Cleveland Division of Police Third District Officers and Vice Unit are currently investigating a suspected marijuana growing operation located at 2432 Lakeside Avenue. Today at 2:44 a.m., Third District Officers received a radio assignment to respond to 2432 Lakeside Avenue for an open door. Once on scene officers began to check the location c/w the open door and while doing so detected a strong odor of marijuana. As the officers checked the building they observed suspected marijuana plants inside. At this time the officers notified the Third District Vice Unit and obtained a search warrant for the building.            

As the result of the execution of the search warrant over 100 marijuana plants and marijuana cultivating equipment was confiscated. At the time of the execution of the search warrant the building was unoccupied. This incident remains under investigation and there are no arrests at this time.
