police_blotter_4_webPolice chasing a thug through the Projects: On July 21, at about 7:21 p.m., there was call from a unit requesting back up for a thug who is a known violent juvenile offender, who had cut off his ankle bracelet and was running through the Carver Park Projects.

Mr. just wants to get his things out that house: On July 21, around 7:15 p.m., a man called and asked the police to escort him and help get his stuff and property out of a house in the 3000 block of East 116th Street.

Two hoodlums stealing from Family Dollar: On July 21, at 7:18 p.m., a female employee at the Family Dollar Store at Eddy Road and St. Clair, called and reported that two hoodlums had just stolen some stuff and ran out the back door.

Two women slugging it out on Parkway Avenue: July 21, around 7:22 p.m., a frantic caller reported that there are two women really slugging it out in the middle of the street in the 900 block of Parkway Avenue. A car was rushed to that scene.

Police chasing a thug through the Projects: On July 21, at about 7:21 p.m., there was call from a unit requesting back up for a thug who is a known violent juvenile offender, who had cut off his ankle bracelet and was running through the Carver Park Projects.

A number of cars were sent out to help capture him.

She was not safe at a Safeway house: On July 21, around 7:32 p.m., a caller reported that a woman had been beat up/assaulted in a shelter or Safeway House on Cleveland’s Eastside. If a woman ain’t safe there, there where is it really safe?

Man obstructing traffic hitch-hiking on the free-way: On July 21, at about 7:36 p.m., there were several motorist who reported that a man was walking/ hitch-hiking on the free-way near I-76 near Spring Road at the Harvard and Denison exit. Several cars went to check him out.

Crooks are stealing stuff: On July 21, at 7:40 p.m., a concerned neighbor in the 3600 block of East 112th Street called and reported that some thugs had broken in and was stealing stuff from a house on that street.

Lady says her neighbors are trippin’: Around 7:43 p.m., a woman in the 3100 block of West 117th called and reported that she was having problems with her neighbors and she needed the police to come out and say something to them.

Man with a big afro breaking in a house: At about 7:44 p.m., on July 21, a caller from an unknown address on Morris Avenue, called and reported that there was a man and a woman breaking into a house on that street, and “the man got a big ol’’ afro.”

A car was sent to check it out.

A man assaults woman on West 41st street: On July 21, at 7:48 p.m., a woman who lives in the 3100 block of West 41st Street called and reported that a man started grabbing, shoving her around. She said that he then beat her up and he tried to have sex with her and she wants to make a report and give his name.

Hurry! A doctor on Broadway having problems with a patient: At about 7:50 p.m., a frantic caller from a doctor’s office in the 4800 block of Broadway Avenue, reported that the Dr. is having a problem with a patient and they are aren’t sure what the man is going to do and he could be mental. Several cars were rushed to the scene.

Somebody broke in the Nursing Home: At 7:52 p.m., on July 21, an employee arriving to work at a nursing home in the 3600 block of 50th Street, reported that she thinks somebody broke in because “the back door is standin’ wide open” and she is scared to go in.

Man in a white van is shooting up Dickens: On July 21, around 7:54 p.m., there were several callers on Dickens Avenue, who reported that there was a man driving a white van, driving up and down the streets through the neighborhood shooting at people. Several cars were rushed to that area.

Tony the Repo-Man is getting his a## kicked!: On July 21, around 7:58 p.m., a hysterical caller from the 3600 block near Clark Avenue reported that a woman and a repo man named Tony was fighting in the middle of the street and she is whipping his a##!. A number of cars were dispatched to help out the repo guy.

Some dude is threatening Ronny: At about 8:06 p.m., on July 21, a man name Ronny called the police and said that he is at Euclid and MLK Avenue and another dude is threatening him. A car was dispatched to that area.

Big Ol’ Cujo dog is blocking police from going in a house: On July 21, at about 8:14 p.m., a patrolman called the dispatcher and requested for them to call the owner of house near 146th and Coit Road and tell him to come and get his big ol’dog, cause the dog won’t let them in the yard.

Somebody just broke out my dang window: On July 21, around, 8:22 p.m., a woman driving near West 23rd and Clark called and reported that, somebody just threw something and knocked out her window.

A man with no shirt “mashed” him in the face: On July 24, at about 10:49 p.m., a man called and reported that he was in a fight with a guy with no shirt on and the dude had just “mashed” him in the face.

Ex-boyfriend just hit Roxanne with his truck: At about 10:51 p.m., on July 24, a woman name Roxanne called and reported that her ex-boyfriend John had just ran over her with his truck. A unit was sent out to investigate.

Woman drops a dime on tattoo face thug: On July 24, at about 10:56 p.m., a woman on 102nd and Union Avenue, called and told police that the man they are looking for with the tattoo on face was there and “he’s got an active protection order out against him.” A car was sent out to catch him.

Ashley’s ex won’t quit banging on her window: Around 10:59 p.m., on July 24, a woman name Ashley in the 3800 block of East 54th Street, called and reported that her ex-boyfriend is outside beating on the window and “he knows he ain’t supposed to be there, because he’s got and active TPO.”

Several calls about “man with a gun”: Around 10:57p.m., on July 24, there were several calls from people on East 151 Street, that reported that there were about 14 or 15 people on their street fighting in the middle of the street and that one of the guy’s got a gun.

Woman on Bellevue fighting with her grown daughter: On July 24, at about 11:02 p.m. a caller in the 8200 block of Bellevue Avenue reported that the woman and her grown daughter who lives upstairs are in big fight. A car was sent out.

Young fools shooting at people with a BB gun: On July 24, around 11:08 p.m., there were several calls from people in cars near the Woodhill and Baldwin Road area, who reported that some boys dressed in all black were shooting at people with BB guns.

A car was sent out to investigate.

Dope boys selling drugs out of truck: On July 24, at about 11:34 a caller from the 11400 block of Maplerow Avenue, reported that there are some dope boys in a gray pick up truck on the corner of their street selling drugs

Man waving a Bible says God is telling him to kill everybody: On July 24, around 11:43 p.m., there was a caller from the Marathon Gas Station at 55th and Woodland, who reported that a man is out front waving a Bible telling people that God is telling him to kill everybody. He’s got on a big ol’ yellow shirt and carrying a black duffle bag.

Many cars were rushed to see what was going on.
