Blue_police_blotterMomma left the baby in the car and went shopping at the dollar store: On Nov.13, around 3:48 p.m., a concerned passer-by reported that there is an unattended baby in a car in the parking lot at the Family Dollar store of Kinsman. A car was sent out to catch this negligent person who had placed this child at risk.
