The witness asked not to be identified, but allege they saw it different from the police version. The incident took place at the Shell gas Station on the corner of east 93^rd and Kinsman, right across the street from the Fourth District Police Station.

When the man hesitated, one of the thugs struck him in the head repeatedly with a pistol. The coward robbers then took his wallet, his pick up truck and his pizza.
