church copyFriendship Baptist Church will have their annual Women’s Day Celebration on Sunday (7/22/2012) at 11 a.m. with Danita Harris Pratt from Fresh Wind Ministry as the guest speaker. The church is located at 5600 Central Ave.

Providence Baptist Church Youth Ministry will put on a praise fest. The event will be held on Friday (7/27/2012) from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the Providence Baptist Church, 12712 Kinsman Road. This event gives the opportunity to showcase the gifts and talents that God has given them, along with giving an opportunity for fellowship with their peers in a Christ-centered environment. New Freedom Ministries, a City of Refuge, will host its’ CommUNITY Bazaar and Revival beginning on Saturday (7/28/2012) and concluding on Tuesday (7/31/2012). Starting at 11 a.m. through 7 p.m., children and adults of all ages can enjoy carnival rides, bouncers, face painting, temporary tattoos, sand art, entertainment, food, beverages, and much more. The Healthy Spirit Zumba Fitness Session with Sadaqa of Keep It Moving Baby, LLC, kicks-off the day from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The cost of the session is $5. Gospel groups, praise and pantomime dancers, and spoken word line the occasion to hear the heavenly voice of Reverend Tonya Fields and the melodious tunes of Saxophonist Pamela Williams in a show-stopping performance at 4 p.m. The church is located at3476 East 152nd Street. New Freedom Ministries, A City of Refuge, is a non-denominational Christian church that formed more than a decade ago with just 30 people.

New Jericho Baptist Church presents 100 in Red Building Fund Musical on Sunday (8/5/2012) at 3 p.m., featuring various singers throughout the city and The New Jericho Choir. The church is located at 11918 Kinsman.
