3-year-old boy killed in drive-by shooting identified

CLEVELAND -- The 3-year-old boy killed in a drive-by shooting Tuesday night has been identified as Major Howard, has been confirmed. He was pronounced dead at MetroHealth Medical Center following surgery Wednesday morning. Some are using the hashtag #RIPMajor to pay tribute to the boy. A 24-year-old woman was also shot in the drive-by. Cleveland Police identified her as Rob'Dasha Smith late Wednesday. She was treated at MetroHealth and released about 11 p.m. Tuesday. Police investigated the scene on E. 113th Street between Union and Regalia avenues late Tuesday night.
