Gazebo where Tamir Rice was fatally shot to be removed

The gazebo tarnished by the death of Tamir Rice, the 12-year-old boy fatally shot by a rookie Cleveland cop in 2014, will be dismantled this week and shipped to a museum in Chicago.

The gazebo was slated for demolition after the city dished out a $6 million wrongful death settlement to Tamir’s family, but former Cleveland councilman Jay Westbrook secured its display at the Stony Island Arts Bank in south Chicago.
