Mother files lawsuits in her son’s fatal shooting
The mother and father of a young African American man fatally shot outside a University Circle bowling alley by a Cleveland police officer has filed a federal lawsuit against the officer and the bowling alley. The mother, Melissa Yatsko and Darian Allen alleged that Cleveland Police Sgt.
