Basketball has been a bouncing great for teams in the Northeast Ohio in the last two weeks. The Lady Lancers of Gilmour Academy won the D-III high school title. Last Saturday, Massillon Jackson, St. Vincent – St. Mary, VASJ and Lutheran East all captured state titles in the respective divisions. In College, the Lady Golden Eagles of Ashland completed their perfect season and captured the D-II NCAA Championship. Police responding to an emergency call found the legendary rock and roll musician dead in his home in St. Charles County, Missouri. Musician Chuck Berry, long credited as one of the founders and great innovators of rock and roll, was found dead in his home in St. Charles County, Missouri on the afternoon of 18 March 2017, according to police. The Browns have terminated the contract of QB Robert Griffin III. Griffin joined the Browns last offseason and started five games in 2016.
